Lisa Harrison
Executive Director
Lisa Harrison, Executive Director, has been with Kings Mountain Crisis Ministry since 2014. Originally from Rutherfordton, NC, she has lived in Kings Mountain since 1995. She is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, and worked for an accounting firm, a hospital, and has also ran a home-based business since 1996. She is married to Chris and they have two grown daughters. Her hobbies include cooking and swimming. She is honored to be able to help those in our community during their time of need.
Joan Hester
Client Assistant
Joan Hester has served as our Client Assistant since 2015 and a volunteer since 2012. She and her husband, Ken, are former full time foreign missionaries to the Philippines and Central America.
Wanda Shirah
Food Pantry Coordinator
Wanda Shirah is our Food Pantry Coordinator. Wanda is a former nurse and has been a faithful Crisis Ministry volunteer since 2003, and a staff member since 2019.
Doris Wright
Receptionist
Doris Wright has been our receptionist since 2018. She was an Office Administrator for a medical office for many years before joining the Crisis Ministry Team.

The Kings Mountain Crisis Ministry is an emergency assistance agency sponsored by the Kings Mountain Ministerial Association, that provides temporary assistance to individuals and families in financial crisis.
